Building and Grounds Committee
- The Building and Grounds Committee is responsible for the care and maintenance of our church building and property. Members of the Building and Grounds Committee respond to maintenance requests that may be identified by staff, the pastor, or other church leaders.
- While regular cleaning of the church building is completed by a contracted cleaning service, the Building and Grounds Committee typically schedules a clean-up day in the Spring and Fall to do focused cleaning and maintenance of the outdoor property.
- Recommendations for major building projects (e.g., roof replacement, etc.) are brought to SaLT for approval. Major expenses (i.e., over $10,000) require a congregational vote to approve.
