Personnel Committee

• Members of the Personnel Committee provide support to the pastor regarding staff positions at MUCC.  This includes assisting with recruitment activities, interviews, and performance evaluation.
• The Personnel Committee also collaborates with SaLT to conduct the annual performance review of the pastor.
