SaLT (Servant and Leadership Team)

• SaLT is the leadership team for our church.  Some churches may call this group of leaders the Church Council.
• SaLT members are authorized by our church bylaws to make decisions for the congregation (with limits on those decisions also stated in the bylaws).
• The congregation votes for SaLT candidates during the church annual meeting; SaLT terms range from one to three years depending on the role (Moderator, Vice-Moderator, Clerk, Treasurer, SaLT Member).
• SaLT typically meets monthly with additional meetings scheduled as needed.
