Every year MUCC youth join kids across the country in raising money for less fortunate children around the world. Kids may carry UNICEF boxes with them on their Halloween candy routes and collect donations as part of the Trick-Or-Treat for UNICEF program. Boxes are available at the church and can be brought back after Halloween. We will also be taking up a "noisy offering" during worship this Sunday, October 27th! Bring your loose change and wear a costume! Proceeds from the offering also go to UNICEF.
Thank you for pitching in and helping out this past weekend! We had a good time sprucing up the church building and preparing for winter. There were a lot of chores to do, but it was way more fun checking off the "to-do" list together. THANK YOU again! Friday, October 4th (10am-7pm) Saturday, October 5th (8am-11am) "Nothing is Priced. Take what you need/want, give what you can. The FREE SALE FOR FAMILIES is a nonprofit organization offering community members and businesses a way to recycle children's items (infant-teen) for other individuals and families to reuse, regardless of income level or need. Freewill monetary donations are accepted in exchange for the items and are then given to local charities and non-profit organizations. We are thrilled to open our doors to this incredible event!
