Enhanced Hospitality Through "Pastor Patrol"

Members of the church are working together to make Sunday mornings proceed smoothly. With a swept entrance, fresh coffee and tea, all doors unlocked and the lights and sound system turned on, the church is ready to welcome members and guests. This hospitality continues as people are welcomed, but the real work begins at 9:35 with Pastor Patrol!   

Pastor Patrol is not a protection service but rather, a service of presence, for anyone needing a helping hand...

Got a question?  Tell the Pastor Patrol standing near the door of Pastor Kerri's office.  Need to pick something up?  Ask the Pastor Patrol standing in the greeting space.  Need to tell Pastor Kerri some important message?  Pastor Patrol will make sure that it is delivered or will make a note for her to contact you after the service. 


Through Pastor Patrol, we are not only continuing the long-standing tradition of hospitality at MUCC, which gives each of us the opportunity to be the “Hand of God” to all who enter our doors, but also  allows Pastor Kerri a few moments of calm, prior to worship.
