Our table will be open Friday evening, all day on Saturday, and Sunday after the parade. Look for the big tent in the McFarland High School parking lot.
“Our goal is to help people re-imagine church,” Pastor Kerri Parker said. “We’ll have information about Messy Church, prayer stations and the other unconventional ways we do church.”
The church’s participation in the festival is a tangible reminder that the church was not established to gather in private and serve its own needs. Instead, we are called to connect with the community around us, and equip people to ask faithful questions in their own places of work, play, and learning.
Please stop by the MUCC booth and offer your greetings. Bring some friends who may want to know more about our church, and don’t be shy about getting your hands dirty!
